Exchange for the same value / purchase price or greater price for loose diamonds only.
Exchange Policy
12 Days for loose diamonds from the original purchase date, and no refunds or returns for all jewelry and finished goods.
All Exchanges Are Final
When exchanging loose diamond please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition, and secure within the NCC diamonds box. For security reasons do not indicate the contents on the package. Once received, the integrity of the loose diamond will be inspected to insure it has not been tampered with or and damage. NCC diamonds during the 12 day diamonds exchange period. Please allow a 12 business days inspection period.
Prepare Your Exchange
Reach out to NCC diamonds to be provided with an exchange authorization code and shipping address. Exchange packages must include item / diamond and certification, receipt, or additional items provided. Your exchanges will be processed upon receival.
Insure Your Package
Package must be registered and insured at full value via a method advised by NCC diamonds. Be sure to also request a receipt with delivery confirmation.
Insurance And Security
Orders are insured while in transit. Security shipments require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers.
Shipping Time Frame
Transit times are determined upon merchandise availability.
Delivery times will take effect when the package leaves our facility.
