ITEM UNAVAILABILITY
Placing a item in your shopping cart and proceed processing to check out some time due to unavailability of items, orders can occasionally be cancelled while an order is processing. Items may sell fast, even after an order has been submitted. In these cases the customer must agree to a cancellation request with no penalty to NCC diamonds, even after receiving an order confirmation.
Prices & Price Change
NCC Diamonds will not be responsible for all reasons listed; price error, change, mistake or item sold and listed due to system error or system delay. Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Processing Payment & Information
Customers will see their payment detail and credit card information listed on orders. By providing and entering your payment information and submitting your order, NCC Diamonds and third party payment processors are authorized by the customer to charge the amount of the order to the selected payment method. NCC Diamonds use Stripe a secure merchant as third party for processing your payment. 
Charges & Shipping Address
NCC Diamonds will only ship to a billing address of the credit card used to place the order.
NCC Diamonds will not process orders or deliver to P.O.Box
No refunds or returns on all items, including jewelry/ finished goods and loose diamonds.
